Job summary

Connect With Limited is seeking an experienced Integration Director for London to lead the onboarding, integration and transformation of new acquisitions into the group. You will set the direction, build consensus with founders and senior leaders, and deliver a practical operating model that enables fast, credible change.

The role involves working with the M&A team, Group CFO, incoming Group CEO and MDs of acquired businesses to execute a structured 100‑day onboarding programme and a 12‑month

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading post‑acquisition integration programmes.
• Experience in engineering, technical consultancy or built environment sectors is preferred.
• Experience in private equity backed or acquisitive buy‑and‑build environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100‑day onboarding for each acquired business and a 12‑month integration road map.
• Coordinate across ERP, CRM, finance and reporting platforms to achieve group standards.
• Drive synergy realisation and cross‑sell opportunities across the platform.
• Establish governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment across multi‑site operations.
