Job summary

Ryan in London is seeking a Director of People M&A Integration to lead Europe and Asia Pacific people integration across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. You will partner with Executive Leadership and Corporate Development to shape strategy and ensure successful workforce integration.

You will direct organizational design, talent assessment, compensation and benefits alignment, change management, and culture integration, delivering post-close value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years leading global M&A, transformation, or corporate development.
• 7+ years directing cross-functional programs and teams.
• Experience leading M&A end-to-end and advising executives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EAP M&A strategy and governance across transactions.
• Oversee due diligence, integration design, and change management.
• Partner with executives to assess risks and opportunities.
• Develop scalable methodologies and playbooks for integration.
• Drive value realization and KPI governance post-close.
• Mentor People Group teams and build readiness.
