Job summary

PwC is seeking a Director in the M&A Operations Integration team to drive growth and deliver complex client engagements. You will originate opportunities, lead full deal lifecycle integration programmes and advise Boards, C-suite executives, investors and senior deal teams on value creation and execution.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within M&A integration or transformation programmes.
• Extensive practical experience across the M&A integration lifecycle.
• Experience developing relationships with C-suite, boards, investors or equivalent stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow senior client relationships, identifying client needs and originating significant M&A Integration opportunities across Corporate and Private Equity clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Boards, C-suite executives, investors and senior management teams on integration, value creation and execution decisions.
• Lead complex M&A integration engagements from strategy through execution with accountability for client outcomes and risk management.
• Define integration strategies aligned to the transaction rationale and value case, including governance and sequencing.
• Design the combined organisation and target operating model across businesses, functions, geographies and capabilities.
• Oversee integration planning and execution across the deal lifecycle, including Day 1 readiness and 100-Day planning.
• Provide senior challenge and guidance on critical programme decisions and trade-offs.
• Lead major proposals and pitches, sourcing capabilities from across PwC’s network.
• Drive growth of the Integration practice through pipeline development, propositions, methodologies, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Collaborate with PwC Partners and Directors to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities for the wider firm.
• Develop our people, coach Senior Managers and build future leaders, upholding quality and inclusion.
