Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate, Integration to help drive its inorganic growth strategy. You will work with the Integration Management Office to plan, execute and realise value from acquisitions, coordinating across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, People and Commercial teams.

You will identify and monitor synergies, support governance, and contribute to playbooks and methodologies that improve how we approach integration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting M&A integrations within an Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Strong programme management skills including planning, coordination, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Ability to analyse complex information and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience building relationships with partners at different levels across an organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A process and integration planning within the IMO, developing integration strategies, operating models and implementation plans.
• Identify, validate and monitor synergy opportunities; track performance against business case assumptions.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions; provide updates and governance materials for senior partners; contribute to playbooks and methodologies.
• Engage stakeholders and support change initiatives, workshops and sessions to navigate integrations successfully.
• Assist with divestitures, separation activities and transition service agreements where required.
