Job summary

The role involves leading the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, working closely with senior executives and investors. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in M&A transactions, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to mentor junior team members. The position also offers exposure to high-visibility transactions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience executing M&A transactions.
• Strong grounding in corporate finance, valuation and financial modeling.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading valuation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
• Building and reviewing financial models to assess value creation.
• Coordinating multi-stream due diligence processes.
