Job summary

OneDome is seeking an experienced B2B acquisition marketer to drive mortgage broker growth within the Growth Partners network. You will own multi-channel campaigns, from paid media to SEO, email and automation, to build a scalable pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Partner Advocacy & Growth, you will lead the entire funnel, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with PR and Events to maximize brand reach and partner sign-ups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven track record of growing memberships or acquiring partners.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms and CMS tools.
• Demonstrable success in creating innovative acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
• Data-driven with ability to model LTV:CAC and justify incremental spend.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition plan to drive a steady pipeline of new mortgage broker partners.
• Own and optimise the full funnel – from awareness through to application.
• Develop a referral initiative with digital tracking, automated incentives, and broker-friendly sharing tools.
• Manage acquisition budgets with a CPA focus and continuously test ad creative, landing pages, audiences and offers.
• Implement retargeting campaigns and set up conversion tracking with analytics teams.
• Run regular A/B tests on messaging and channel mix to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with PR and Events to amplify coverage and hybrid event presence.
• Map the broker digital journey from first click to first completed application and optimise landing pages for SEO and CRO.
• Create acquisition-focused digital assets and content to drive engagement with the Growth Partners community.
