Job summary

LEAD Careers is seeking a Landscape Architect (LVIA) in Warrington to lead landscape and visual assessments across energy, residential, and commercial projects. The role involves managing project teams and client relationships.

You will bring a degree in Landscape Architecture, be a Chartered member (or on P2C), and have experience with landscape/townscape/visual appraisals, UK planning policy, and software such as Autodesk, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite. The firm offers training and development.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
Chartered member of the Landscape Institute or on the P2C.
Experience with landscape/townscape/visual appraisals & assessments.
Knowledge of the UK planning system and policy context.
Site experience and technical skills with Autodesk, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication skills and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Lead landscape planning projects across commercial, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Conduct landscape/townscape and visual impact assessments.
Provide strategic analysis and detailed design advice.
Manage project teams and client relationships.
Contribute to various stages of the planning process.
Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives.
