Job summary

LEAD Careers is assisting a multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit an Associate Landscape Architect with a strong LVIA focus. The role is based from their central London studio with delivery across projects including residential, commercial and major infrastructure developments.

You will lead LVIA strategy, quality assurance, and mentor junior staff while engaging with clients and planning teams throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture with professional registration (CMLI).
• Extensive LVIA leadership experience in consultancy.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and GIS.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of LVIA offering across the business.
• Lead the production and review of LVIA reports and visualisations.
• Provide senior input to clients, planners and design teams.
• Conduct site visits to inform project direction.
• Oversee 3D models and photomontages for assessments.
• Support fee proposals, resourcing and project management on LVIA.
• Mentor and develop junior staff in LVIA methods.
