LEAD Careers is searching for a Senior Landscape Planner to lead LVIA across diverse projects in Staffordshire. The role focuses on landscape planning and environmental assessments to ensure visual and environmental quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Landscape Architecture, CMLI status, and a proven track record delivering LVIA projects with advanced skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and GIS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) status preferred.
• Significant LVIA project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments.
• Prepare and deliver LVIA reports.
• Work closely with planning teams, clients, and environmental consultants.
• Conduct fieldwork and site visits to assess landscape and visual factors.
• Provide expert LVIA guidance across the project lifecycle.
• Produce visualisations including 3D models and photomontages.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff on LVIA methods.
