Lead Careers is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Planner in Derbyshire to lead LVIA processes for residential, infrastructure and commercial projects. Strong LVIA leadership and policy knowledge are essential, with seniority to oversee fieldwork, reporting and visualisation deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• CMLI chartered status preferred.
• Proven LVIA project leadership experience.
• Strong AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and GIS skills.
• Knowledge of landscape planning policy and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage LVIA projects across multiple schemes.
• Prepare and deliver LVIA reports.
• Collaborate with planning teams, clients and environmental consultants.
• Conduct fieldwork and site visits to assess landscape and visual factors.
• Provide LVIA guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee production of visualisations (3D models, photomontages).
• Mentor junior staff on LVIA methodologies.
