Job summary

Tewkesbury Park Ltd. in Gloucestershire seeks a dynamic Spa & Wellness Leader to guide a luxury resort wellness operation.

You will shape the guest journey from treatments to the wet areas and lead a high-calibre team to deliver outstanding experiences across spa, retail, and services. With a strong focus on guest wellbeing and commercial success, you will drive membership engagement, ensure health and safety compliance, and translate guest insights into innovative offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing luxury spa and wellness operations.
• Visionary, creative, and commercially savvy, with a strong business mindset.
• Passionate about guest wellbeing, delivering transformative and memorable experiences.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (beneficial).
• Pool plant room and lifeguarding qualifications are beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-calibre Wellness & Spa team.
• Elevate the wellness identity from treatments to wet areas.
• Deliver excellence across guest experiences, retail, and spa operations.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations.
