Job summary

Iconic in London is seeking a Wellness Supervisor to lead our spa, gym, Nobu Pilates studios and wellness facilities. You will drive service excellence, revenue growth and guest satisfaction across a luxury hospitality setting.

You will manage and develop the wellness team, oversee operations, recruit and onboard staff with HR, and ensure brand standards are consistently met. The role requires a guest-centric mindset and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in wellness or luxury hospitality.
• Strong operational and commercial acumen.
• Guest-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the wellness team to drive service excellence.
• Oversee departmental operations, rotas, annual leave and compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews, appraisals and ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure wellness brand standards and SOPs are implemented.
• Manage stock control, ordering and financial processes including banking.
• Coordinate wellness events, brand activations and VIP experiences.
• Monitor equipment and report timely maintenance.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism.
• Drive retail operations and revenue through product knowledge and upselling.
• Oversee booking systems to optimise scheduling and guest experience.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
