- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-calibre Wellness & Spa team, providing training and development to deliver the resort’s vision and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work with management on shaping and elevating our wellness identity, from treatments to wet areas.
- Deliver excellence across guest experiences, retail, and spa operations.
- Drive membership engagement, retail growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
- Manage membership databases, booking systems, integrations, and billing platforms to support seamless operations and marketing strategies.
- Integrate wellness trends and guest insights into innovative, personalised offerings.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations across all spa and wellness areas.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing luxury spa and wellness operations.
- Visionary, creative, and commercially savvy, with a strong business mindset.
- Passionate about guest wellbeing, delivering transformative and memorable experiences.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (beneficial).
- Pool plant room and lifeguarding qualifications are beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week – to include evenings and weekends
