Job summary

Technogym in Reading, United Kingdom, seeks a results-driven Business Development Expert for the Home/Consumer segment to sell luxury wellness solutions to affluent clients and partners.

You will build relationships with architects and designers, manage pipelines, and deliver premium customer experiences across the South of the UK, with training on CAD visuals and total wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in field sales or account management.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Premium/luxury customer service experience.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise opportunities across the South of the UK territory.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, and high-end professionals.
• Develop brand awareness and premium customer experience.
• Sell directly to affluent individuals and via partners.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
