Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Wellness Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and luxury standards.

You will lead fitness programming, manage memberships and revenue, coach Personal Trainers, and take on Duty Manager responsibilities as required, across the gym, studios, pool and spa facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain member relationships; support membership acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver a varied class timetable; teach and coordinate instructor schedules.
• Oversee personal training sales; convert enquiries to sessions; monitor bookings and revenue; coach trainers.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, wellbeing services and retail products; drive bookings and cross-sell.
• Own the gym, studios, pool and wellness facilities; ensure readiness, safety and maintenance coordination.
• Lead, develop and mentor Personal Trainers and fitness staff; manage duty manager responsibilities and budgets.
