Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a proactive Sales & Events Manager for Fermain Valley Hotel & Spa, Guernsey. You will drive sales, oversee end-to-end event planning and deliver exceptional guest experiences from enquiry through flawless execution.

You will lead the Sales & Events team, build strong client relationships for weddings, private dining, corporate events, and ensure high standards of quality, service and consistency across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and events within hospitality.
• Background in luxury hotel or high-quality venue preferred.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of exceptional guest experiences from enquiry to execution.
• Drive sales and maximize conversions while managing end-to-end planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for weddings, private dining, corporate events.
• Oversee event planning, coordination, and delivery with a focus on quality and service.
• Coach and inspire the Sales & Events team to achieve revenue targets.
