Job summary

Confidential near Maidenhead is seeking an Events Sales Executive to support clients from initial enquiry through to confirmation and ongoing account management. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with occasional evening and weekend work, offering a salary up to £35,000 per annum plus a bonus scheme.

You will coordinate diaries, maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with operations to align client expectations while nurturing relationships with a premium hospitality and events

Qualifications

• Previous B2C sales experience.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, events or premium consumer environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Organised with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Own transport due to location.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and explain options clearly.
• Conduct in-person and virtual client appointments.
• Coordinate client diaries and update the CRM.
• Maintain regular contact and support for confirmed clients.
• Support promotional events and client-facing activities.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email or messaging.
