Job summary

L'Oréal Luxe is seeking an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store initiatives and ensure premium, brand-aligned experiences across London stores. You will manage budgets, logistics, and supplier relationships, turning luxury design into tangible retail excellence.

In this role, you will coordinate store refits, openings, and activations while partnering with Retail Design, Marketing and Zone teams to create seamless O+O customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience translating luxury brand strategy into premium in-store experiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple store refits and openings on timelines.
• Strong budget discipline with PPP budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store activations and align POS navigation with brand strategy.
• Oversee logistics for new openings, refits, and visual materials.
• Manage VM costs and PPP budgets per group guidelines.
• Maintain VM databases and calendars (lightbox, counter master plan).
• Collaborate with Retail Design, Marketing and Zone teams for O+O journeys.
• Build strong supplier relationships for timely installations.
