You will understand members' travel preferences, lifestyle and priorities to curate truly tailored experiences, build loyalty and retention, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, private members' clubs, lifestyle or another premium service environment.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• A naturally proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.

• Manage a portfolio of high-value members, acting as their primary relationship contact.
