Job summary

Flexjet UK in Farnborough is seeking an Owner Services Executive to be the frontline for our affluent clientele, guiding trips from planning through flight completion. You will work across departments to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships, delivering world-class service and ensuring expectations are exceeded across our travel products.

This role requires handling a high volume of calls, coordinating booking, scheduling, and flight details, and acting as an owner

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a service/hospitality field or equivalent.
• Extensive customer service experience in a high-end service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service during every interaction with our clientele.
• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Manage all aspects of trip booking, planning, scheduling and event resolution.
• Schedule travel and accommodations based on individual needs.
• Verify flight data and keep customers updated on status and changes.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve conflicts and advocate for owners.
