Job summary

Flexjet Europe in Farnborough seeks an Owner Services Executive to deliver world-class client service from trip planning through flight completion. You will manage trip bookings, schedule travel, and coordinate across departments, ensuring exceptional, personalized service for affluent clients.

The role requires strong attention to detail, team collaboration, and the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school in service/hospitality preferred or equivalent experience.
• Extensive customer service experience in a high-end service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service during every interaction with our clientele.
• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Manage all aspects of trip booking, planning, scheduling, permits and event resolution in line with standards.
• Schedule travel and accommodations based on individual needs.
• Confirm day-of operations for customer flights and track flight status.
• Proactively communicate changes or delays to customers.
• Respond quickly to inquiries about scheduled trips.
• Provide daily quality control of all trip details.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve conflicts and act as owner advocate when appropriate.
• Verify flight data with feasibility and different departments as required.
