Frasers Group is seeking a motivated Supervisor for the Merryhill store to lead a team of Sales Advisors and deliver premium customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive commercial performance, coach staff, and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail
• Experience in supervisory or management-related role
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive store performance as part of the leadership team
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance and align with brand trends
• Support strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
• Analyse data and KPIs to inform commercial decisions and drive results
• Oversee team development and training to maximise progression
• Ensure doors are operated efficiently and in line with policies
• Monitor wage controls and manage stock movement and audits
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
