Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for our new store at Bicester Village in Oxfordshire. You will manage back-of-house operations, stockroom organization and inventory control, while supporting the store team on the shop floor.

Collaborating with Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services, you will report to the Store Manager. The ideal candidate has stock-management experience, preferably in luxury, and is fluent in English, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom organization and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock; prepare outgoing stock and transfers.
• Support store operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs.
• Improve workflows to optimize back-of-house efficiency and stock control.
• Serve as a liaison between the store and other departments; participate in sustainability initiatives.
