Seaham Hall is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join the Serenity Spa team at Seaham Hall in County Durham. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional and personalised experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Key duties include managing bookings, handling guest profiles and payments, and promoting spa treatments and services. Training is provided, with opportunities to progress within the luxury hospitality setting.

Formación

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Strong guest service mindset with a flair for luxury hospitality
• Capable of using booking systems and standard office software
• Well-presented and aligned with luxury brand standards

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival to departure
• Manage spa bookings efficiently, maximising availability and revenue
• Complete reception administration including guest profiles, payments and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, packages and promotions
• Proactively promote spa services, retail and offers
• Conduct engaging spa tours for guests
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain presentation standards across reception areas
