Gleneagles invites an Assistant Spa Manager to join our luxury spa team in Auchterarder. You will lead the guest journey from enquiry through treatment, ensuring seamless, personal service while coaching therapists and maintaining our high standards.

With a strong therapy background and a passion for developing others, you will manage rotas, budgets and stock, balancing guest experience with commercial performance in a vibrant, prestigious setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a therapy team in a luxury spa.
• Education and Training qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance guest experience with commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the spa guest journey from enquiry to aftercare.
• Lead day-to-day spa operations and maintain high standards.
• Coach and motivate therapists; manage rotas and performance.
• Develop treatments, protocols and guest experiences.
• Know guests' preferences, resolve concerns with care.
• Monitor budgets, stock, and costs to keep service excellent.
