Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a busy 5* spa environment is preferred.
• Hot Stones and Deep Tissue Massage training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform all professional spa treatments including massages, facials and body therapies.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and build trust with guests.
• Stay up to date with trends and seek additional qualifications as needed.
• Carry out spa duties and maintain hygiene and room cleanliness.
• Keep therapy rooms stocked and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Engage with guests warmly to enhance their luxurious stay.
