Job summary

The Gleneagles Hotel is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa team in Auchterarder. You will own the guest journey from enquiry to aftercare, ensuring exquisite service and impeccably presented facilities.

You will coach Therapists, manage rotas, and support budgets and stock control to maintain high standards. We value a proactive leader with strong spa operations knowledge and a passion for guest satisfaction, who can drive progressive treatments and deliver a memorable

Qualifications

• Strong spa industry experience with luxury guest standards.
• Proven ability to lead a therapy team and maintain treatment standards.
• Passion for developing others and coaching therapists.
• Comfortable managing a large, busy spa operation and schedules.
• Good understanding of spa operations, guest journeys, and guest feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the spa guest journey from enquiry to aftercare.
• Lead day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring spaces are pristine and standards met.
• Coach and develop therapists, manage rotas, and drive performance.
• Balance revenue and costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive innovation in treatments, products, and guest experiences.
