Pennyhill Park, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a premier luxury hotel in the UK known for its exceptional spa and guest experiences. The Spa Duty Manager will lead daily spa operations, mentor staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to a culture of excellence across the spa, experienced visitors, and wellbeing offerings in a prestigious setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a Spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Experience supporting team training, development and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold high standards of presentation and housekeeping.
• Drive seamless guest journeys, resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Act as a visible presence within the Spa, building positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Support development and continuous improvement of operational procedures and SOPs.
• Drive revenue through upselling Spa treatments, experiences and retail.
• Lead, support and develop Spa team members to meet service standards.
• Monitor health and safety standards and company policies.
• Support wider Spa management to achieve departmental objectives.
