Job summary

Pennyhill Park, part of Exclusive Collection, in Bagshot, Surrey, is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver personalised spa experiences. The role emphasizes warm guest care, high professional standards, and a collaborative approach within a luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest professional standards.
• Provide warm, intuitive, and personalised service to every guest.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Upsell treatments and retail products in a natural, guest-focused way.
• Work collaboratively with the wider spa and hotel team.
• Support the smooth daily operation of the spa facilities.
