Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is recruiting a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and service. The role requires a strong eye for detail, teamwork, and a passion for quality in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will follow Food Hygiene and COSHH procedures, ensure a clean, compliant section, and assist with stock control while supporting a busy brigade and maintaining high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Have a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
• Have an excellent understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

• Run your section by taking ownership of your designated kitchen area.
• Support the kitchen team by training and guiding junior chefs.
• Maintain high standards by following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, professional team environment.
