Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is seeking a Senior Pastry Sous Chef to lead the pastry team and craft desserts that elevate our luxury guest experiences. You will work closely with the Executive and Head Chef to maintain exceptional quality and inspiration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong pastry skills, leadership ability, and a passion for creative, meticulous dessert work within a renowned spa resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a Senior Pastry Sous Chef or similar pastry leadership role.
• Must be passionate about creating exceptional desserts and pastries.
• Must have excellent pastry skills and technical knowledge.
• Must be creative with outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastry section and maintain high quality and presentation.
• Produce desserts, pastries and petit fours to luxury standards.
• Coach, train and develop junior pastry team members.
• Work with kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
