Job summary

Goldsmiths is seeking a Temporary Client Experience Host to warmly welcome clients in our Nottingham showroom and ensure a premium hospitality journey. You will maintain client areas, support Sales Consultants, and contribute to the overall client experience by serving a range of refreshments.

Ideal candidates will bring hospitality or luxury retail experience, strong communication, and an ability to build rapport with clients while thriving in a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client areas and experience stations to the highest standards.
• Support Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP spaces.
• Offer and serve a range of refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Contribute to delivering a premium hospitality experience for clients.
