Job summary

Mappin & Webb, part of The Watches of Switzerland Group, is seeking a Showroom Administrator in Birmingham. You will support showroom operations, maintain administration and security standards, and help the sales floor when needed, bringing passion for luxury jewellery and exceptional client service.

You will build lasting client relationships, grow product knowledge, and work closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure a smooth, high-standard client experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
• Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• A great understanding of what an exceptional client experience looks like.
• Experience of working within a high performing team.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Showroom Manager and ensure smooth showroom administration and security compliance.
• Manage processing and administrative tasks to keep the showroom aligned with company procedures.
• Develop and continually update product knowledge and jewellery expertise.
• Support on the sales floor when required, delivering excellent client experiences.
