Job summary

Coach is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (24 hrs) in Bicester to deliver a premium shopping experience. You will engage clients with fashion expertise, build relationships and help achieve store sales goals while supporting daily operations.

Prior luxury retail exposure and strong English communication are preferred, with opportunities to develop through training and brand initiatives. The role emphasizes omnichannel selling, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS.
Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans to meet KPIs and team targets.
Support daily store operations: cash wrap, stock, merchandising, and returns.
