Job summary

Moose Knuckles Canada is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our crew. We require luxury experience and strong product knowledge to deliver authentic service and memorable customer journeys.

You will sell, build client relationships, maintain store standards, restock, and support in-store events. A minimum of 2 years in mid-luxury or luxury retail is preferred, with teamwork and a willingness to go the extra mile essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mid-luxury or luxury experience.
• Strong product knowledge and authentic clienteling skills.
• Ability to deliver memorable customer experiences with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Selling, clientelling and providing a memorable experience to each customer.
• Engaging in conversation in a genuine manner.
• Providing relevant and detailed product knowledge in each customer interaction.
• Providing speedy service.
• Completing large transactions with high level of attention to detail.
• Taking customer information for follow up and email blasts.
• Keeping the store clean and maintaining strong visual standards.
• Restocking sales floor and keeping store tidy during downtime.
