Maison Alaïa in London is seeking an enthusiastic Ambassador to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in line with the boutique's commercial strategy. You will welcome clients, tell the ALAÏA story, and work with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

You will build lasting relationships with international clients, participate in events, develop client loyalty, and maintain visual merchandising standards while upholding brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury fashion / accessories.
• Strong sales techniques and clienteling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach weekly and monthly store targets with the team.
• Increase average basket through cross-selling and up-selling (UPT/VPT).
• Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships and loyalty.
• Participate in client events and high-ticket client actions.
• Maintain high standards of boutique operations and visual merchandising.
