Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an Alaïa Ambassador in a London boutique to drive commercial strategy, achieve targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will own client relationships, grow a high-potential portfolio, and actively participate in events to promote the Alaïa brand.

The role requires fluent English, strong sales skills, and a background in Luxury fashion; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Established sales experience in Luxury Fashion / Accessories.
• RTW orientation; Haute Couture experience is advantageous.
• Experience in pinning a dress to assist with alterations is a plus.
• Strong sales techniques and clientelling – must have a strong client base.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach weekly/monthly store targets with the team.
• Increase average basket via UPT and VPT; develop cross-selling.
• Cultivate exceptional client relationships with international clients.
• Develop action plans to upgrade high potentials and regain lost clients.
• Maintain pristine boutique standards and manage cash desk operations.
