Job summary

Richemont's Alaïa Boutique seeks a dynamic Ambassador to drive luxury sales, nurture high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. You will manage clienteling, events, and cross-selling while upholding the Alaïa brand story and grooming standards.

Ideal candidates have strong sales experience in luxury fashion, a keen eye for RTW and accessories, and fluency in English. A proactive, client-focused profile with team spirit is essential.

Qualifications

• Established sales experience in Luxury Fashion / Accessories.
• RTW orientated; Haute Couture experience advantageous.
• Experience in pinning a dress to assist with alterations is a plus.
• Strong sales techniques and clientelling – must have a strong client base.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly personality with relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and oral); second language a plus.
• Strong drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Reach weekly / monthly store targets with the team.
• Increase average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT).
• Develop cross-selling.
• Know RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary to tell the story of the ALAÏA world.
• Cultivate exceptional client relationships with international clients to maintain loyalty.
• Establish action plans to grow client base and upgrade high potentials.
• Develop client portfolio through networking outside the Boutique.
• Ask open questions to engage clients and close sales.
• Participate in client events and high-ticket events.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate roadblocks.
