Estelle Manor's Eynsham Baths is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day at a luxury spa on a rural Oxfordshire estate. You will deputise to the Head of Eynsham Baths, line-manage Duty Managers, Receptionists and Butlers, and ensure an indulgent, seamless guest experience.

You will build relationships across the estate, manage budgets, drive performance and uphold service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high performing teams in luxury hospitality/spa.
• Strong relationship-building across multi-department environments.
• Experience managing budgets and driving performance.

Responsabilités

• Line manage a team of Duty Managers, Receptionists and Butlers.
• Represent Eynsham Baths at Manor-wide briefings and meetings.
• Build relationships across the wider estate and ensure the Baths thrives as part of Estelle Manor.
• Deputise to the Head of Eynsham Baths and support daily operations.
