Soho House is seeking a Room Attendant in the UK to maintain guest rooms and suites to the club’s high standards. You will clean spaces, replace linens, and report any issues promptly, while ensuring confidentiality and a discreet, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently.
• Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites and common areas according to club standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults or damages promptly.
• Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality.
• Keep cleaning carts, equipment and storage areas tidy and well-stocked.
• Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE.
• Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required.
• Ensure hallways, stairwells and service areas remain clean and clutter-free.
