Soho House & Co. Dean Street Townhouse in Central London is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and suites pristine, elegantly presented and comfortable for members and guests. You will work independently, respect privacy, and follow safety procedures in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently.
• Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
• Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition
• Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE
• Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required
• Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free
