Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites. You will ensure spaces meet the club’s high standards and contribute to an exceptional member experience, working independently with discretion in a luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years’ experience in busy venues, a keen eye for detail, and a professional, courteous manner. The role offers weekly pay and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a busy venue is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently.
• Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites and common areas to club standards.
• Replace linens, towels and amenities and maintain presentation.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults promptly.
• Respect guest belongings and maintain confidentiality.
• Keep cleaning carts, equipment and storage areas tidy and stocked.
