Soho House in London is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms, suites and public spaces with discretion and care. You will replace linens and amenities, report issues promptly, and support laundry services as required while upholding club standards.

The ideal candidate has up to 2 years in a busy venue, a sharp eye for detail, and a professional, respectful demeanor. Training and career development are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently.
• Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
• Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition
• Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE
• Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required
• Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free
