Job summary

Cheval Collection Ltd. seeks an experienced Night Manager to oversee the overnight operation across Cheval Knightsbridge and Cheval Phoenix House.

You will report to Front Office Manager and lead a Night Team of 5 receptionists, ensuring impeccable service, safety and operational excellence throughout the night. The role focuses on night audits, guest relations, and maintaining luxury standards across two prestigious properties in London.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a Front Office or Night Operations environment.
• Experience working within a luxury hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and front office operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and multi-property operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overnight operation across two properties: Cheval Knightsbridge and Cheval Phoenix House.
• Lead and develop the Night Team of 5 Night Receptionists through coaching and hands-on training.
• Manage late arrivals, VIP guests, night audits and financial procedures.
• Ensure safety, security and operational excellence throughout the night.
