Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Tommy Hilfiger/TOMMY JEANS locations in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example, drive store performance, and champion exceptional customer service while nurturing a high-performing team.

In this role you will coordinate with management, ensure consistent brand standards, and train staff on product knowledge and store maintenance to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory role in a premium or luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operation to maximize customer service, sales and profitability.
• Support management in personnel, product, merchandising and store processes.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and update staff on promotions.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and manage opening/closing tasks.
• Help build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
