Job summary

PVH Europe’s Tommy Hilfiger stores are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead by example on the shop floor, drive service excellence, and inspire teams with passion for our luxury brands. This role focuses on delivering premium in-store experiences and managing daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage staff performance, communicate promotions, coach, and help achieve sales targets while upholding premium standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience leading and resolving conflict among staff.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and recognise others' contributions.
• Comfortable giving feedback to promote positive behavioural change.
• Able to adapt quickly to change and work with pace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to deliver customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions and store results.
• Attend weekly management and staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate promotions to staff and customers.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience with fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
