Job summary

Frasers Group operates Flannels, a luxury fashion retailer, and is seeking a Supervisor for its Southport store. You will oversee Sales Advisors, drive commercial success, and report to the Store Manager, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

You will lead, coach, and develop your team, work with heads of departments, manage stock and loss prevention, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Sales Advisors within the store and drive commercial success
• Support in driving store performance and implement strategic plans to meet goals
• Analyse data and KPIs to inform commercial decisions and meet targets
• Lead and inspire the store team with coaching and guidance
• Monitor stock movement, audits, and visual standards in line with company guidelines
• Collaborate with Store Management and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
