ME+EM in London (Marylebone) is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our fast-paced luxury fashion brand. As a key holder and member of the management team, you will deliver an authentic, high-quality service experience, uphold brand standards and drive store performance.

You will lead a team, delegate daily tasks, manage staff wellbeing, support stock control, and develop strong relationships with customers. Experience in high-volume luxury retail and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume fashion store.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident in visual merchandising and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative at all times.
• Lead the team and represent the management team.
• Prioritise and delegate daily tasks for smooth running.
• Open and close the store and manage till functions.
• Support stock deliveries and stock recalls to meet deadlines.
