ME+EM is a fast-growing luxury fashion brand with stores across the UK and international expansion. The Assistant Store Manager role at Marylebone focuses on customer service, team morale, and driving results in a busy, premium store environment.

You will oversee store operations in the manager's absence, coach the team, manage staff admin, and ensure brand standards and CRM practices are applied to deliver a luxurious customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a high-volume, fast-paced store.
• Strong understanding of modern luxury retail concepts.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Able to lead by example and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as the person in charge in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead daily coaching and training on the shop floor.
• Manage staff administration and hours recorded in Humanity.
• Arrange cover when the manager is absent and ensure breaks are taken.
• Attend meetings in the absence of the Manager.
• Oversee CRM usage and drive the omni-channel customer experience.
