Job summary

ME+EM Ltd is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-volume luxury retail team in London. You will embody the brand, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining policy compliance.

You will coach staff, oversee stock, styling sessions, and contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment. A strong focus on brand standards and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Commercial understanding of modern luxury retailer sectors.
• Strong capability in Visual Merchandising and store presentation.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative at all times.
• Lead the team and represent the management team.
• Prioritise and delegate daily tasks for smooth operation.
• Support safety of employees and customers and manage staff absence.
• Train others to deliver fast, accurate customer experiences.
• Manage till functions and support stock replenishment.
• Open and close the store and ensure GDPR compliance in data handling.
• Foster long-lasting customer relationships and personal styling guidance.
